The Senior Account Executive (Middle Market) interacts with clients daily, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Responsibilities include preparing applications, marketing strategies for new business, and renewals with minimal supervision, often handling large, complex accounts with significant premiums and multifaceted coverages. This is a full-time remote role, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, requiring a confidential, uninterrupted workspace.
Competitive salary, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k) with match, discount programs, health & wellness initiatives, and a PeopleFirst culture. Salary range: $55,000 – $115,000, determined by experience, credentials, location, and other factors. Performance incentives may apply.
