Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, remote Account Executive to join our growing and dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving business growth and cultivating long-term client relationships. As the frontline representative of RBI Private Lending, you’ll identify opportunities, provide customized lending solutions, and guide clients through the loan process — all while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, your day-to-day will include:
- Proactively sourcing new business opportunitiesby reaching out to prospective real estate investors through phone, email, and networking channels.
- Consulting with clients to assess their financing needs, understanding their investment strategies, and recommending tailored loan products that align with their objectives.
- Presenting and negotiating financing optionsclearly and effectively, ensuring clients are informed and confident throughout the decision-making process.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clientsto encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal operations, underwriting, and closing teamsto ensure a seamless loan experience from initial inquiry to funding.
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, loan status, and pipeline activity using our CRM system.
- Staying informed about real estate investment trends and private lending products to provide valuable insights to clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven, and relationship-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strongsales, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Excellentverbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building rapport quickly.
- A proven ability tomanage and grow client relationships.
- High levels oforganization, attention to detail, and time management.
- Confidence in working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Experience inprivate lending, real estate investment, mortgage brokerage, or financial servicesis a plus but not required.
- Proficiency inCRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and online communication toolsis preferred.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English(spoken and written) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Finance, Real Estate, or a related fieldis preferred but not mandatory.
- A reliable internet connection and availability for afull-time remote position.
- A driven, proactive attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
