Qualifications

• Familiarity with small commercial products: BOP, GL, property, commercial auto, workers’ comp, cyber, umbrella, surety/bonds.
• Experience generating top-of-funnel leads from multiple sources.
• Experience using agency management systems and comparative raters.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• License required or progress toward Property & Casualty license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new small commercial accounts (revenues under $10M).
• Counsel prospects and policyholders on protection and coverage needs.
• Prepare and present quotes from multiple carriers using agency tools.
• Meet goals for new business volume and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Build relationships with referring agents to generate COI/lead streams.
• Provide timely endorsements, cancellations, audits, and claims liaison.
