Jonus Group is seeking a dynamic Commercial Insurance Producer to join our growing team in the United States. This high-energy role emphasizes prospecting, cold calling, networking, and building relationships with centers of influence to drive insurance sales.

You will handle accounts across technology and engineering sectors, manage premium ranges, and leverage Epic software to organize client data and sales activities. Travel as required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial insurance sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial insurance sales through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and centers of influence.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Work with a variety of industries, with a focus on white-collar sectors such as technology and engineering.
• Manage accounts with premium sizes ranging from $0-$20K and $20K-$100K.
• Utilize Epic software to manage client information and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold its values in all interactions.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a competitive market.
• Experience working in retail insurance agencies or direct writers/captives (e.g., Nationwide, State Farm, Allstate) is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
