Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, is seeking a Marketing Representative to join our team in Ewing, NJ. The role focuses on qualifying leads and soliciting business through agents, wholesalers, brokers and direct channels.

A typical day includes developing Preferred Agency relationships, soliciting business with preloaded leads via our in-house system, scheduling and executing a set number of appointments weekly, and making in-person cold calls.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree
• Current Property and Casualty license
• Minimum one year of experience selling commercial insurance; 2–4 years preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment

Aufgaben

• Qualifies leads and solicits business through agents, wholesalers, brokers and direct.
• Develops new Preferred Agency and firemarked agency relationships.
• Schedules and conducts a fixed number of planned and qualified appointments per week.
• Performs in-person cold calls weekly.
• Explains policy features and coverage recommendations based on prospect analysis.
• Develops referrals from qualified appointments.
• Submits qualified submissions to Underwriter with quotation requests per Code of Business Conduct.
• Maintains visits with Preferred/Firemarked Agents at least quarterly.
