The Jonus Group in Metuchen, NJ seeks a Marketing Specialist for a full-time, in-office role focused on commercial insurance marketing. You will quote accounts of all sizes, manage relationships with carriers, and drive remarketing of renewal business with new placements.

Applicants need at least 5 years in insurance marketing, a Property & Casualty license, and strong communication skills. Expect collaboration with producers, account managers, and carriers in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience in the insurance industry.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated.
• Familiarity with quoting platforms and insurance carrier systems.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers, attend monthly meetings.
• Use carrier portals to rate accounts and submit quotes for various account sizes.
• Submit submissions to carriers, including wholesalers, for harder-to-place business.
• Log activities for all accounts and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with producers and account managers to provide underwriting data to carriers.
• Develop knowledge of carrier appetites and explore new markets.
• Manage employee logins for carrier portals as the marketing contact.
