Comparion Insurance Agency is seeking a Commercial Insurance Specialist to help small businesses secure the right coverage through consultative sales and tailored insurance solutions. You will prospect for new opportunities, build client and referral relationships, and work with multiple carriers to deliver quality coverage and service.

The role features base salary plus bonuses and uncapped commissions, with a typical first-year total compensation range of $65k to $125k.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business background
• 2+ years’ experience in small commercial lines sales preferred
• License: Property & Casualty (or progress toward)

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new small commercial accounts through prospecting, referrals and inbound leads
• Counsel and advise prospects and policyholders on protection and coverage
• Prepare quotes from multiple carriers and place/renew policies
