• Proven ability with agency management systems and comparative raters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and develop new small commercial accounts, typically under $10M in revenue.
• Counsel prospects and policyholders on protection and coverage needs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals from multiple carriers and present them.
• Meet production targets and cross-sell opportunities within guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Build referral streams with region-based agents and manage endorsements and renewals.
