Job summary

HUB International is hiring an Assistant Account Manager in Riverside, CA to support the Account Management & Service team with commercial lines accounts. The role involves handling certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewals, client inquiries, and payments, ensuring accurate records and timely service.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in insurance, a property & casualty license within 6 months, and comfort with MS Office and Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School / GED.
• 1–2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Property & Casualty License required within first 6 months.
• Experience in Medical Malpractice Insurance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Management with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Respond to policy inquiries via phone and email.
• Handle certificates of insurance, policy changes and client payments.
• Participate in renewal preparation and generate renewal updates.
• Assist with marketing clients to carriers and with premium financing.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files and update agency systems.
