Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support commercial lines accounts in Culver City. You will assist with certificates of insurance, policy changes, renewal prep, and client presentations, while maintaining meticulous files and responding to inquiries.

Required are a High School/GED and 1–2 years insurance experience, with a Property & Causality license within six months. The role emphasizes service excellence and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School / GED
• 1-2 years insurance industry experience or equivalent
• Property & Causality License required within first 6 months
• Experience in Medical Malpractice Insurance a plus

Responsibilities

• Assists the Account Management team with all aspects of the account-service process.
• Responds to policy inquiries via phone and email, handling questions about coverage, changes, payments and renewals.
• Prepares certificates of insurance, policy changes and client payments; maintains accurate files.
• Participates in renewal preparation and generates renewal updates on accounts.
• Assists with marketing clients to carriers and coordinates premium financing.
• Checks policies and audits for accuracy; prepares quotes and proposals.
