• Hold a high school diploma/GED (college degree strongly preferred).
• Have at least 5+ years of related commercial lines insurance experience.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
• Demonstrated presentation skills and strong oral/written communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage the entire account-service process.
• Market to carriers.
• Prepare quotes and proposals.
• Present proposals to clients.
• Participates in client meetings with Producers.
• Oversees enrollments/changes/terms.
• Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders.
• Responds to escalated client issues.
• Check policies/audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate premium financing and collection of premiums.
• Maintain organized account files.
