The Partners Group is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support clients and Producers by handling daily service needs, renewals, endorsements, and policy documentation.

This role requires an active Property & Casualty license, 5–7+ years in commercial insurance account management, and proficiency with AMS360 and Microsoft Office. Hybrid in-office with remote options for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (required).
• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage, especially in construction, farm, and real estate.
• Proficiency with AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for assigned Commercial Lines clients and handle daily service requests.
• Manage account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate renewal and re-marketing, prepare submissions, review quotes, and support Producers with proposals.
• Analyze client needs, exposures, and coverage forms to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with Producers and internal teams to market and place new and renewal business in AMS360.
• Participate in client meetings and team discussions to support relationships and retention.
