Qualifications

• 3-5 years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues and ensuring data accuracy.
• Renewals: monitor expirations, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
