The Partners Group LLC, a Pacific Northwest insurance broker, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to support clients and Producers with day-to-day service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation, while delivering an exceptional client experience. Location: Renton, WA or Boise, ID preferred, in-office with hybrid work options; open to fully remote for highly-qualified candidates in Pacific/Mountain Time Zones.

40 hours/week, Mon-Fri.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5–7+ years in commercial insurance account management or related roles.
• Strong understanding of coverage lines, especially in construction/real estate.
• Proficiency with AMS360 and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for assigned Commercial Lines clients, handling daily service requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage account servicing, including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy documentation.
• Coordinate renewal and re-marketing, prepare submissions, review quotes, and support proposals.
• Analyze client needs and coverage forms to identify gaps and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with Producers to market and place new/renewal business with thorough AMS360 documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and team discussions to support relationships.
