Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an on-site HVAC technician to service customer facilities, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and coordinate with customers and team members on site. You will work with a range of equipment in healthcare, education, and commercial facilities, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC. Technical school or formal training preferred.
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• EPA Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Serve as the direct customer contact for projects, diagnosing and repairing equipment at the location.
• Use tools and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair HVAC units.
• Maintain safety standards and flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
