Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in HVAC sales, business development, or a related mechanical engineering role.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, applications, and project sales cycles.
• Proven ability to develop business relationships across contractors and mechanical firms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new commercial HVAC opportunities, including replacements and plan-and-spec projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, facility managers, and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular in-person and virtual meetings with clients.
• Drive commercial work by positioning products and services effectively.
• Track and report sales metrics and pipeline progress within the territory.
• Support internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
