Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team in Hammond, Indiana. You will estimate projects from plans and bid documents, perform takeoffs, price materials and labor, and manage projects from award through closeout.

You will coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors and field personnel; manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders and billing; and resolve issues to protect schedule and profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices.
• Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills.
• Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred.
• HVAC field experience is a plus.
