Job summary

Bel-Aire is seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to lead estimating, bidding, and management of HVAC projects from pre-construction through completion.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge, field experience, and the ability to read drawings and contract documents. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate schedules, and drive profitability for commercial and industrial HVAC initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC estimating or project management, or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment replacements, retrofits, repairs, and new construction installations.
• HVAC field experience, trade school training, or technical certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
• Perform equipment, material, and labor takeoffs.
• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and project budgets.
• Manage awarded projects from handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, equipment procurement, subcontractors, and field resources.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, change orders, and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project, estimating, and pricing records.
• Identify opportunities to improve project profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for estimating, bidding, and managing commercial and industrial HVAC projects from pre-construction through project completion.
