Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager/Estimator focused on commercial HVAC projects.

The role leads mechanical projects from initiation through completion, coordinating with in-house teams and handling design-build processes to deliver on schedule and budget. You will prepare and manage estimates, handle change orders, and collaborate with sheet metal, service, and installation teams using Procore, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and estimating experience in commercial mechanical construction, preferably HVAC.
• Experience handling change orders and engaging in design-build projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team that handles everything in house, from fabrication to installation.

Responsibilities
