gpac LLC. in Avondale, AZ, is hiring an HVAC Service Estimator/Project Manager to join a growing mechanical contracting team.

You'll develop accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial HVAC projects, review drawings, and manage projects from handoff to closeout. We're seeking a candidate with 3-5+ years in HVAC estimating or project management, strong reading of plans, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC estimating, project management or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment replacements, retrofits, repairs, and new construction installations.
• HVAC field experience, trade school training, or technical certification preferred.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with estimating software, Microsoft Office, and project management tools preferred.
