Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
• Motivated to grow into a Business Development Manager role.
• Experience in HVAC or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects.
• Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers.
• Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate.
• Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle.
• Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue.
• Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships.
