good2grow is seeking a Commercial FP&A Analyst in a hybrid Atlanta role. You will partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and our distributor network to keep the forecast disciplined, analyze ROI on promotions, and ensure accurate distributor economics.

You will own TPM data inputs in Salesforce, support monthly forecasting, and serve as the finance partner for the sales team across planning, budgeting, and reporting in a fast-moving CPG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 0–2 years FP&A, accounting, commercial/sales finance or data analysis; internships/co-ops considered
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, model building)
• Solid grounding in financial statement fundamentals and core finance concepts (margin, ROI)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile large data sets
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-finance audiences

Responsibilities

• Own TPM day-to-day inputs and data integrity in Salesforce TPM
• Collaborate with sales to collect, validate, and load forecast inputs on time
• Drive monthly forecast cadence and reconcile TPM forecast to financial forecast
• Maintain TPM docs, training materials, and user support; suggest improvements
• Build ROI and post-event analyses for promotions, displays, and programs
• Develop pre-launch business cases with assumptions, break-even analysis, and risks
• Analyze price, volume, mix, trade rate, and gross-to-net drivers
• Manage local marketing fund tracking with distributors and balance reconciliation
• Maintain distributor financials including pricing, deductions, chargebacks, depletion data
• Prepare recurring commercial reporting and support budgeting and long-range planning
• Maintain Excel models and automate recurring deliverables
• Build cross-functional relationships and present findings to non-finance audiences
