Job summary

ITG Brands in Greensboro, NC is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead planning, analysis and reporting across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. The role partners with Category FP&A, Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing to drive insights and align forecasts with business strategy.

Responsibilities include coordinating the Integrated Business Planning process, building financial models, forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis while ensuring US GAAP compliance and strong internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 7+ years FP&A and/or accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with other department and cost center owners.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities and act as main point of contact for the Category Financial Business Partners.
• Coordinate Integrated Business Planning within the FP&A team, ensuring timely forecasts.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for full P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize Working Capital.
• Support CAPEX planning and tracking, ensuring ROI targets.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and develop financial models.
