Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking an FP&A professional to support GTM budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with CS and Sales to understand performance, build bookings forecasts, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Strong Excel/PowerPoint and financial modeling skills are essential for success in this hybrid role. You will collaborate with Strategy to ensure metrics alignment and influence decisions on account coverage and spending.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A / strategic finance or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or economics.
• Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with experience building financial models.

Responsibilities

• Be the Finance support to GTM teams (Customer Success and Sales).
• Support annual planning for headcount, T&E, and discretionary GTM spending.
• Meet departments to review budget vs. actuals and calibrate forecasts.
• Build bookings forecasts and pipeline analyses for renewals and expansion.
• Analyze ARR, revenue retention, churn, and book-of-business coverage.
• Partner with Strategy to align metrics and reporting.
• Contribute to decisions on CS coverage, segmentation, and expenses.
• Work with FP&A to scale the organization with robust analytics.
