Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close with full P&L exposure. You will partner with department heads, drive financial models, and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate results.

This hybrid role reports to the FP&A Director and supports the finance team. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with GAAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and strong business acumen.
• 1–3 years in an FP&A role; multi-family industry a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs, PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting from Revenue through Net Income.
• Develop headcount and P&Ls for functions and customers.
• Manage P&L vs. budget/forecast and identify risks & opportunities.
• Prepare month-end close packages and explain variances.
• Collaborate with accounting on JEs to ensure accuracy of results.
• Build and maintain financial models for reporting and forecasting.
