6 Degrees Group, in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Sr. Manager of FP&A, Supporting IT, to partner with IT leadership on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-range planning.

You will own models, pro formas, and business cases for major investments and lead a small team delivering insightful analyses. In this hybrid role, you’ll present executive summaries and dashboards, coordinating with cross-functional partners across supply chain and real estate as needed to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, with time spent leading a team.
• Masters degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus experience with BI and dashboard tools
• Strong communicator who builds solid cross-functional partnerships; retail or IT finance experience is a plus

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for IT, tying spend to business initiatives and operational results
• Build financial models, ROI analyses, and proformas to support strategic investments and executive decisions
• Deliver executive summaries and weekly and monthly reporting, using BI tools and dashboards to standardize and improve the planning process
• Manage and develop a team that supports business leaders with ad hoc analysis and special projects
