Confidential is seeking a Director of FP&A (Commercial) to partner with the Commercial organization, manage planning processes, and lead major financial modeling efforts. The role interfaces with Accounting on month-end close and provides strategic insights across revenue, trade spend, and margins.

You will drive long-range planning, executive reporting, and KPI frameworks, while developing a high-performing FP&A team in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of FP&A experience, incl. 2+ years in commercial or sales finance in consumer-facing CPG.
• Knowledge of trade spend, deductions and syndicated data (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen, Circana).
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced financial modeling in Excel or planning tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; ERP experience a plus.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborative, solution-oriented partner who can manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Ability to work onsite in the Los Angeles Area 2 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the FP&A partner to the Commercial organization across retail and distributor customers.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and performance management processes across the organization.
• Own the long-range plan and integrated financial model, and support board materials and key strategic initiatives.
• Provide actionable financial insights that support commercial, operational, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and drivers impacting results.
• Plan and analyze trade spend, pricing, and promotional ROI.
• Analyze profitability and cost-to-serve by customer and SKU.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain on S&OP, translating demand forecasts into financial plans.
• Develop executive reporting packages and KPI frameworks, including depletions, velocity, and distribution.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting processes, and financial visibility.
• Manage and develop direct reports (FP&A team members).
