Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to deliver timely and quality service across assigned commercial properties. You will use multiple trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting to maintain facilities to high standards.

The role requires hands-on work, safety compliance, and regular travel across customer sites with use of a company vehicle and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trades experience preferred.
• Two to five years of general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
• Licenses/certifications and valid driver's license in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per work orders following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct minor plumbing tasks including unclogging toilets/urinals and fixture replacements.
• Perform routine painting, carpentry, drywall repairs and touch-ups to maintain facilities.
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, doors, and perform touch-ups to improve appearance.
• Carry out electrical maintenance per state requirements (fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs).
• Complete service and asset inspections as needed.
