Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs across commercial properties, equipment, and facilities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of related commercial property experience, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computing skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word. A valid driver's license may be required and shift work could apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license may be required; driving record checked.

Responsibilities

• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.
• Clean, lubricate and service pumps, valves, controls, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceilings, doors, walls, piping and floors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety practices.
