Job summary

FNF in Michigan seeks a Commercial Escrow Officer to oversee closing and disbursement of high liability commercial real estate transactions. You will coordinate with internal teams, lenders and clients to close deals and fund closings, with options for full-time or contract engagement.

Candidate should have 4+ years in title insurance or related fields, escrow closing experience, and familiarity with SoftPro Select. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in title insurance or real estate closings.
• Escrow closing experience required.
• Commercial transaction experience preferred.
• SoftPro Select software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review documents and closing instructions for compliance to close.
• Communicate requirements and provide status updates to all parties.
• Finalize settlement statements and distribute to recipients.
• Create transaction documents per requirements and details.
• Obtain signatures and notarize documents.
• Work with title and underwriting to clear title exceptions.
• Receive, disburse and secure funding approval for closings.
