Job summary

Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Denver seeks a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support escrow officers from opening orders to post-closing. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and collaborative team work on high-value commercial deals.

You will manage escrow files, scrub title commitments, coordinate with clients and lenders, prepare settlement statements, disburse funds, and ensure accurate closings in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–3+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Assistant or Processor.
• Strong understanding of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and title/escrow software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written client communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open new escrow orders and manage files through the transaction lifecycle.
• Scrub title commitments and work to clear title with clients and partners.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams for updates.
• Coordinate with Escrow Officer to prepare settlement statements and disburse funds.
• Prepare final closing packages and maintain escrow accounting records.
• Maintain file retention and ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
