Job summary

This full-time onsite position requires coordinating with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and clients to ensure accurate closing documents and timely disbursement of funds.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years closing experience in Colorado title insurance
• Notary Public in Colorado preferred
• Title insurance producer license preferred, obtained within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Close real estate escrow transactions, review closing documents and ensure accuracy
• Clear title requirements and resolve defects or liens
• Disburse funds and coordinate with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and clients
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of company information and transactions
• Record documents electronically and digitize company records after closing
