Job summary

FNF Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Commercial Junior Escrow Officer to support National Escrow Officers in preparing and closing complex commercial real estate transactions, locally and nationally.

The role requires attention to detail, a valid State Producer’s License, 3+ years of escrow experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; onsite at our Denver office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3+ years in residential or commercial escrow roles.
• Valid State Producer’s License required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist National Escrow Officers with preparation and closing of complex commercial real estate transactions locally and nationally.
• Provide timely, professional customer service to clients, realtors, lenders, and attorneys.
• Open new escrow orders and enter data into escrow systems accurately.
• Prepare escrow documents and settlement statements per policies and regulations.
• Review title commitments and assist in resolving title issues as needed.
• Coordinate post-closing disbursements and maintain complete escrow files.
