Job summary

You will open and manage files, gather and audit documents, prepare closing packages, and coordinate with lenders, real estate professionals, attorneys, and internal teams while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–5 years of escrow experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage escrow files, order title reports, and maintain electronic records.
• Support escrow officers with document preparation, tracking, and deadlines.
• Gather, audit, and organize documents for residential/commercial escrows.
• Prepare and distribute escrow correspondence, settlement statements, and recording docs.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, real estate pros, attorneys, and internal teams.
• Assist with escrow fund handling and recordkeeping per internal controls.
