Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field required.
• Minimum 5+ years of commercial land development or entitlement experience.
• Experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility and regulatory research to assess zoning, comprehensive plans, environmental regulations.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence documentation and reporting.
• Oversee consultant management and ensure deliverables align with budgets and schedules.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; track milestones.
