Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates degree from a top university in a related field.
• MBA or Masters of Real Estate Development preferred.
• Experience as a Development Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new development opportunities.
• Site planning for yield analysis.
• Oversee consultants and site-related partners.
• Manage budgets reflecting development plans and approvals.
• Coordinate city submittals and hearings to secure permits.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and monthly reporting.
• Lead design meetings and ensure timely project progression.
