Alliance Residential Company is seeking a Development Associate to lead in execution of its sizable development pipeline. The role covers site selection, acquisition support, entitlements, permitting, and supervising construction and pre-lease activity through stabilization.

This position demands entrepreneurial drive, strong management of consultants, and close coordination with design and construction teams to ensure projects meet budget and timeline targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associates degree from a top university in a related field.
• MBA or Masters of Real Estate Development preferred.
• Experience as a Development Associate preferred.

Responsabilités

• Underwrite new development opportunities.
• Site planning for yield analysis.
• Oversee consultants and site-related partners.
• Manage budgets reflecting development plans and approvals.
• Coordinate city submittals and hearings to secure permits.
• Monitor budgets, change orders, and monthly reporting.
• Lead design meetings and ensure timely project progression.
