Job summary

Luck Companies is seeking a Greenfield Development Manager to lead technical evaluation and development from site assessment through due diligence, design, entitlement, permitting and readiness. You will coordinate internal resources and external consultants to deliver clear recommendations and disciplined project execution for sound investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in land development, engineering, construction, permitting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence and site evaluation for Greenfield sites.
• Build integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets through permit readiness.
• Coordinate zoning, entitlement, environmental review, and permitting efforts.
• Develop early-phase cost, schedule, and capital assumptions with Finance.
