Job summary

LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support commercial customers in a fast-paced call center. This role combines high-volume phone support with customer email communication, assisting clients with account management, service requests, billing inquiries, scheduling changes, and issue resolution in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of customer service or call center experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence.
• Experience supporting business customers or commercial accounts is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Support commercial accounts with service requests, account updates, billing questions, and general inquiries.
• Manage a high volume of email correspondence while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate service changes, scheduling requests, and account modifications.
• Work closely with operations, dispatch, sales, and billing teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Research and resolve service issues, billing discrepancies, and customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, and account documentation.
• Follow up on open requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Meet department performance goals related to service quality, responsiveness, and productivity.
