LHH is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Cincinnati to provide responsive support across calls, email, and online channels. You will handle inquiries, explain account information, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, and detail-oriented, capable of managing complex customer situations in a fast-paced environment. This temp-to-hire role pays $19–$20/hr and may involve overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Two or more years of call-center or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong typing skills, ~40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally per procedures.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, online platforms and more.
• Assist with service changes, billing questions, payments, setup, cancellations, and general account concerns.
• Identify reasons for cancellations and provide retention solutions.
• Explain service options, pricing, and terms.
• Investigate concerns and communicate resolutions.
• Process payments and assist with online tools.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Document interactions and updates accurately.
• Create work orders and service requests.
• Make account adjustments per procedures.
• Assist with training new representatives.
• Complete data-entry and special projects on time.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
