Park National Corporation is seeking a qualified candidate for a Commercial Loan Underwriter role in Mansfield, OH. You will prepare loan requests, analyze cash flows and collateral, and ensure underwriting aligns with bank policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include monitoring covenants, supporting reviews, and maintaining client credit files while collaborating with lenders to deliver strong service.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Management required
• Finance/Accounting concentration considered with 2+ years relevant experience
• Experience in underwriting and loan analysis preferred

Responsabilités

• Accurately prepare loan requests and renewal write-ups with cash flow and collateral analysis
• Underwrite in accordance with regulations, bank policy and legal requirements
• Spread financial statements and tax returns and analyze historical performance
• Assist in annual reviews of existing clients with updated financial information
• Monitor loan covenants and reporting, communicate findings to lender and manager
• Identify, measure, monitor and mitigate credit risk in commercial portfolio
• Accompany lenders on calls and inspections, present loan requests to approvers
• Assist in loan review cycle and with classified asset reporting
• Maintain credit files and own assigned tasks
