TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring for an Onsite Collections Representative in Phoenix. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calls to recover past due accounts, with training provided and a clear path for career growth.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in collections and skip tracing, FDCPA knowledge, and strong negotiation and customer service skills. This onsite position offers a comprehensive benefits package and potential bonuses.

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Phoenix office.

Compensation: $15 per/hour and up based on experience.

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P.

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week.

Qualified candidates must have 3 years of previous collections & skip tracing experience.
