Transworld Systems Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative to contact consumers and secure payments on past due accounts. You’ll work onsite with training provided and a clear path to growth in a team environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong phone etiquette, negotiation skills, and a commitment to confidentiality; you’ll operate in compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position most of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Phoenix office.

Compensation: $18-$23/hour + BONUS (based on experience)

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 7am-4pm PST

Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 9A-6P PST
