TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative to join our team. This is an onsite position with a focus on customer service and payment recovery.

You will call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts, ensure compliance with FDCPA and company policies, and maintain confidentiality. Paid training, generous bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Job description

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Phoenix office.

Compensation: $18-$23/hour + BONUS (based on experience).

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 7am-4pm PST.

Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 9A-6P PST.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique you'll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
