Job summary

MidFirst Bank is seeking a Commercial Services Customer Support professional to deliver direct telephone and email assistance to business and commercial clients. You will support products such as online banking, ACH origination, and cash management, while facilitating onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.

Standard Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with a shift differential of $5.00/hour for select evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide a high degree of customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment with rotating responsibilities.
• Proficiency in standard computer software (Outlook, Excel) and web-based applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct telephone and email support to business and commercial clients.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and ongoing account/service maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and assist with software installations.
• Collaborate with team to meet service level agreements.
• Read, reference and follow departmental procedures and participate in cross-training.
