Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Commercial Services Customer Support specialist to provide direct telephone and email help to business clients, supporting onboarding and ongoing account maintenance for services such as online banking, ACH origination, and cash management. Standard hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with a $5.00/hour shift differential for 5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred.
• Must enjoy customer interaction and have the ability to sympathize with customers while maintaining proper controls.
• Must feel comfortable helping customers with technical problems, including troubleshooting computer settings and assisting with software installations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct telephone and email support to business/commercial clients.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients and ongoing account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through software setups.
