Job summary

MidFirst Bank in Oklahoma City is seeking a Commercial Services Customer Support representative to provide direct telephone and email assistance to business clients. You will support online banking, ACH origination, remote deposit capture, and related services while helping onboarding and ongoing account maintenance.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., with a $5/hour shift differential for evening hours.

Qualifications

1-3 years banking experience or college degree preferred, but not required.
Must enjoy customer interaction and have the ability to sympathize with customers while maintaining proper controls.
Must feel comfortable helping customers with technical problems, including troubleshooting computer settings and assisting with software installations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment where responsibilities rotate.

Responsibilities

Provide direct telephone and email support to business and commercial clients.
Facilitate onboarding for new clients and complete ongoing account and service maintenance as requested by the customer.
Assist customers with technical problems and software installations, ensuring proper use of tools and processes.
