Truist in Fort Myers is seeking a CCS-level Sales Support professional to assist Relationship Managers with pipeline accuracy, client outreach, and onboarding activities. You will also support loan and treasury servicing, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, regulatory awareness (Reg B, BSA/AML) and cross-team collaboration to grow commercial portfolios. Regular shift, full-time role in banking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of related experience within financial services.
• 2 years in a CCS role or similar.
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Good organizational skills and completion of CCS training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Assist Relationship Managers with sales support, pipeline accuracy and client outreach.
• Support the sales process and portfolio growth with referrals and data awareness.
• Pull reports, attend meetings and communicate findings within the team.
• Provide superior client service and resolve client needs timely.
• Assist in servicing loans, deposits and treasury-related tasks.
• Support portfolio management and accurate client assignment.
