Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a CCS Team Leader to manage, lead and train a minimum of ten Commercial Client Specialists as direct reports, and provide support to the CSSL and Regional Sales Leadership as needed. CCS-TL combines management with hands-on player/coach duties for regional coverage of Commercial Community Bank clients.

The role covers sales and service support, loan and deposit servicing, Treasury onboarding, and data integrity in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, in relating to internal and external clients and contacts.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Adept at supervisory responsibility and leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and reporting applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead region projects or special tasks as assigned by CSSL or Regional Leadership.
• Hire, train and evaluate CCS direct reports, set goals, conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Provide sales and service support to Commercial Community Bank clients, including loan, deposit, treasury onboarding, and CRM data maintenance.
