Truist is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide sales, service and loan support across Commercial client portfolios. The role partners with Relationship Managers and IRM to ensure accurate CRM data and timely client communications.

Responsibilities include onboarding deposits, assisting with Treasury onboarding, and coordinating with banking teams to support portfolio growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently.
• Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external clients.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers and teams, maintain CRM data, and assist in onboarding deposits and accounts.
• Support the sales process by leveraging referrals and coordinating with product partners and IRM teams.
• Assist the banker team by pulling reports, attending meetings, and following up on action items.
