Job summary

Truist in Lexington, KY seeks a Sales, Service and Loan Support professional to assist Relationship Managers, Commercial Credit staff, and Sales Leaders as they manage a diverse commercial client portfolio.

You will support pipeline activities, onboarding of deposits, treasury tasks, and client communications, while keeping CRM data current and accurate to drive portfolio growth. The role emphasizes exceptional client service, compliance with Reg B and BSA/AML.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and related training.
• Three years of related experience, preferably within financial services.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to Relationship Managers, including pipeline accuracy, appointment setup, and CRM data upkeep.
• Assist in service and loan support, including onboarding deposits and processing related tasks.
• Support portfolio growth by identifying referral opportunities and maintaining product knowledge.
• Assist with portfolio management and reporting, ensuring accurate client assignments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations such as Reg B and BSA/AML; support loan processing and documentation.
